David Feinberg, Chief Executive OfficerDavid is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors and has been involved with the company since July 2001. David has 13 years experience helping to run and build the Feinberg Group, a company that is the foremost law firm in the nation specializing in the negotiated resolution of complex legal disputes.
Michael Breyer, President
Michael Breyer is also Chairman and Co-founder of Courtroom Connect. He previously worked with Goldman Sachs as an analyst in the Communication, Media, and Technology division. His public policy experience includes working on the "Reinventing Government" initiative as a White House Intern in the Office of the Vice President. Mr. Breyer brings expertise on wireless technology from his involvement with Carlin Ventures where he assessed opportunities in the wireless data industry and developed wireless strategies for portfolio companies. Mr. Breyer received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with distinction and with departmental honors from Stanford University and holds an MBA and a Public Management Program certificate from Stanford Business School.
Louis Goldberg, Chief Operating Officer
Louis Goldberg is also the co-founder of Courtroom Connect. He oversees the operations of the company including their Law Connect Internet videoconferencing and video streaming services for law firms; videoconferencing networks such as the Remote Counsel Network of over 200 public rooms and Law School Connect recruiting network; services for court reporting firms; and courthouse services including over 40 courthouses that have partnered with Courtroom Connect. Mr. Goldberg began his career working as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group and Princeton Economics Group. Before Mr. Goldberg started his own company he spent time developing strategy for high-tech start-up companies including Narus and Varsity Logistics. Mr. Goldberg has an MBA from Stanford University. He is on the NCRF Board of Trustees and on the Courtroom Connect Board of Directors.
Michael Walker, Chief Technology Officer
Michael Walker is also the Senior Network Engineer for Courtroom Connect. Mr. Walker oversees all aspects of Courtroom Connect's technical infrastructure and is the architect of the Courtroom Connect's networks and data center environments. Mr. Walker has been with Courtroom Connect for three years, previous to Courtroom Connect, he worked as a network and security consultant, building core network facilities for such clients as Washington Mutual, Janus, Sony, and Aramark. Mr. Walker is a graduate of Framingham State College and has 12 years of experience in the networking field. He holds three professional-level Cisco certifications as well as numerous associate-level industry certifications and accreditations from vendors such as CheckPoint, Foundry, and Network Associates.
Sumit Chatterjee, General Manager - Court Services
Mr. Chatterjee has considerable experience in telecommunications and high technology within the private and public sectors. Most recently, he was Director of Business Development for Level 3 Communications, where he led negotiation efforts and established strategic relationships with leading broadband cable and satellite companies in North America. Prior to Level 3, he was a Product Manager at Narus, where he developed product and market strategies for the cable TV industry. Mr. Chatterjee’s public sector experience includes working in the White House as a Domestic Policy Aide in the Office of the Vice President, focusing on telecommunication and high technology issues. Mr. Chatterjee received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from The University of Arizona.
Grover Mundell, General Manager - Pre-trial Services
Mr. Mundell oversees products and services as well as spurs growth in the court reporting industry. Prior to joining Courtroom Connect, Mr. Mundell worked as a Vice President of the Real Legal™ division of LiveNote™ where he managed development of Real Legal tools such as iBinder™, Binder™, and E-Transcript™. With his 19 years of experience in the legal industry, Mr. Mundell leads the charge for both sales and operations of CC’s products and services. Mr. Mundell also manages the Remote Counsel Network, a network of over 250 court reporting firms who have purchased Courtroom Connect's videoconferencing equipment to place in a conference room and rent to attorneys. Additionally, he oversees Courtroom Connect's Internet and video streaming services.
